Media Concepts can transfer them over to CD for you!  We use the latest in digital transfer technology to ensure you get the best transfer possible.  We even wash your records before the transfer, getting the dust and dirt out of the grooves, eliminating much of the scratching and popping from the audio!  Creating a master CD from an audio cassette or record up to 72 minutes in length is just $25 per master CD.  Need copies of a master CD?  We’ll make those  copies for you.  Check out our rates below.

WHAT ABOUT MY REEL-TO-REEL TAPES?

Media Concepts can take care of your reel-to-reel audio as well!  Reel-to-reel tape can be a bit trickier to work with and sometimes requires more work than transferring old cassettes and records.  If the reel-to-reel tape can be easily transferred to CD, you’ll only be charged $25 for a master CD under 72 minutes in length.  If your reel-to-reel tape requires some extra care such as cleaning or contains recordings at different speeds, the charge is $55 per hour of work done on the transfer.  And, of course, Media Concepts will ensure that you receive the best possible transfer of your recording.   Not sure what you’ve got?  Give us a call or stop by our showroom!

GOT PRINTING?

Media Concepts can print directly on your inkjet printable DVDs, CDs and VHS labels.  Simple black and white text is $0.15 per disc or VHS label (top or side), with a $3.00 minimum overall order.  Color text printing is $0.30 per disc or VHS label (top or side) with a $4.00 minimum overall order.  Graphics printing requires a set-up fee of $25 per order.  Please note: Media Concepts does NOT print inserts for CD cases.  We can refer you to companies that do print these types of inserts.

We can transfer it right here at Media Concepts!  We use a two-step process to transfer your precious family footage to DVD.  First we capture your film directly on to Digital Video tape with broadcast quality results using a sophisticated tele-cine system that also eliminates the flicker.    Then we tranfer that Digital Video tape to a DVD or VHS tape that you can watch at home.  You’ll want to keep the Digital Video tape in a safe place; that way, if anything happens to the DVD or VHS tape, you can bring the Digital Video tape back to Media Concepts for a quick, easy transfer to a new DVD or VHS tape.  

The first step in the transfer process, from the film to the Digital Video tape costs $0.18 per foot.  If the film needs to be spliced back together, the charge is $1 per splice.  The cost for the second step of the transfer process, from Digital Video tape to DVD or VHS tape, depends upon how long the tape runs.
